INTERSECT PALM SPRINGS

February 12–16, 2026

Presented by MRG Fine Art

Booth 310

Quantum Realism in its first major fair presentation.

Intersect Palm Springs marked the first major fair presentation of Michael David Mayo’s work under the discipline of Quantum Realism. Presented by MRG Fine Art at Booth 310, the exhibition introduced large-scale original paintings exploring entanglement, emergence, and the unseen architecture of form.

Installed with deliberate spatial restraint, the works emphasized scale, surface, and material presence. Thick oil passages, structural drips, and layered compositions invited viewers to move beyond digital familiarity and encounter the paintings physically — where texture, fracture, and depth fully reveal themselves.

Over five days, collectors, curators, and fellow artists engaged the work in person. Intersect Palm Springs stands as a defining early milestone in the public expansion of Quantum Realism, marking the beginning of a broader institutional trajectory.
