The Explorer's Letter
Thank you for taking a moment to answer.
Curiosity is one of the most valuable traits a person can possess.
It asks questions before seeking answers. It remains open when certainty feels tempting.
Many who arrive here are neither collectors nor artists. They simply enjoy exploring ideas and discovering new ways of looking at the world.
I understand that completely.
For me, the paintings have always been part of a larger inquiry. They emerge from questions about perception, structure, nature, consciousness, and the hidden patterns that seem to connect things that first appear separate.
I don't claim to have answers to these questions. In many ways, the work exists because of them.
If you've chosen exploration, then we are likely interested in many of the same things.
From time to time, I'll share reflections, observations, and ideas that influence the work being created in the studio.
