Signature: Hand-signedSugar Maple was a three-month undertaking—a study in color and form built through an intensely detailed, interconnected process. Inspired by the crisp New England fall, the work began after a trip to the coast of Maine, where the scale and intensity of autumn left a lasting impression.
What began as a semi-random drip slowly revealed itself over months of patient attention. As the layers accumulated, the image of the maple emerged naturally from the process.
From this release, one work will be placed with a collector in a larger format edition of Sugar Maple.
